Trouble with Youth
On May 17th at 11:28 am., Brockville Police responded to a request from a north end school to deal with an unruly student.
The 8 year old male was spoken to by Officers and calmed down after doing so. Police left the school when things appeared under control again. His mother had been contacted to come retreive the child.
Suspicious Person
On May 17th at 11:13 pm., Brockville Police attended a north end residence for a suspicious person complaint.
A local female, reported seeing a man outside in her yard. He was wearing a light coloured hoodie. When the woman stepped out of the residence, the subject ran between houses and out of sight. She suspected her ex-boyfriend as their relationship ended later this winter.
A short while later, Police stopped her ex in his vehicle in the north end of the city. He was spoken to about his whereabouts and advised of the complaint. At that time, there was no evidence to tie him to the incident.
