On May 28, 2014 at 9:57 p.m. Brockville Police were notified of a drunken male subject wandering around the backyard of a Byng Avenue residence. By the time police arrived the suspect male had made his way into the garage. Officers confirmed that suspect was extremely intoxicated by alcohol and was on several court orders with conditions related to alcohol and keeping the peace. Police arrested the 62 year old Brockville man and lodged him in cells awaiting his bail hearing on May 29, 2014. The charges were breach of a peace bond, breach of a recognizance and breach of probation.
