On the 22nd of May, 2014, the Brockville Police Service was contacted by Brant County OPP in relation to a 21 year-old female victim residing in their jurisdiction who had attended to their detachment and advised she was being harassed via text message and over the internet, and the suspect was believed to reside in Brockville.
