Police respond to single vehicle collision on Front Avenue in the area of Stewart Blvd. 54 yr. old male on a scooter had lost control of his vehicle and left scene prior to police arrival.
Police located subject after a quick search and he had suffered no injuries.
Arrested for Impaired Driving and breath samples taken soon afterwards reveal over 300 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
Held until sober and released with future court date.
