Today represents the end of National Public Safety Communicators week. Over the past week our dedicated 911 communicators have handled hundreds of calls, dispatched officers, ensured Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) legislative compliance, helped dozens of people at the front desk and performed countless other tasks.. Their role as communicator is multi-faceted and requires intense training, patience and dedication.
