Assault – On the 12th of September 2018 the Brockville Police Service received a complaint of an altercation at a local high school. The investigation has led to several charges. Charged in this incident are two 14 year old youth, a 17 year old and a 13 year old. The four young persons have been released from police custody with several conditions. We continue to work closely with our local school boards to ensure the safety of staff and students.
Assault – On the 1st of October 2018 at 4:30 pm, the victim was confronted by a 15 year old female. The 15 year old confronted the victim over a discussion they were having. The victim was then pulled off her bike, thrown to the ground and punched and kicked in the head. The victim immediately contacted the police. The 15 year old female was arrested on Wednesday October 4th and held in custody for a bail hearing. She has since been released from court on an undertaking.
Assault – The Brockville Police Service is currently investigating an occurrence that occurred close to Stewart Boulevard and Central Ave. The incident occurred around noon on the 3rd of October 2018. A video of an assault is currently circulating on social media. The parties in the video have been identified. A 17 year old male will be facing charges in connection with this investigation.
