Warrant
On October 5th at approximately 3:10 pm, Brockville Police were on general patrol in the center area of the city. Officers observed a local, 36 year old female, wanted on a warrant being held by the Gananoque Police Service. She was arrested on the strength of the warrant and released with a future court date. The charges included transportation fraud and breaching conditions of an outstanding undertaking.
Noise Complaint
On October 5th at approximately 9:00 pm, Brockville Police attended a north end apartment complex for a noise complaint.
While in the apartment speaking to residents, a male party came knocking on the door. The local male, 25 years of age, was wanted by Police for being unlawfully at large and breaching his probation order. He was arrested on the warrant and will appear in bail court.
Disturbance
On October 5th at approximately 11:10 pm, Brockville Police attended an apartment complex in the south end of town for a 911 hang up call.
Two males had engaged in an argument at the residence and Police stood by while one left the area. The second male, who was intoxicated, kept yelling at Police outside the residence and would not settle down. The local, 27 year old, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released with a fine when sober.
