Public Intoxication Arrest
A local hardware business discovered that they had a new addition to their staff compliment when employees found an intoxicated male camping out in their outdoor lunch break shed on the property. Turns out the 68 year old male had spent several hours in the structure under the influence of alcohol consumption. It was apparent from the condition of the man that he was incapable of taking care of himself and was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place. He was released when sober with a fine for the offence.
Stolen Vehicle
Police are currently looking for a stolen 2017 Dodge Caravan taken from a residence in the city. The van is red and has plate number CDMB833, Ontario issue. The vehcile was taken between October 5th and 7th. Its believed the vehicle is being operated with keys that the owner can’t locate. If seen, please contact us at 613 342-0127 or by 911.
