On August 21st, Police conducted traffic stop while on general patrol in the north end of city. Driver of vehicle from Alberta was found to have an outstanding warrant from our service.
The 32 year old male was arrested on the strength of the warrant, held in custody and will appear on August 22nd for bail court.
A search of his vehicle also resulted in the seizure of 20 cartons of illegal cigarettes. Further charges laid on behalf of the Ministry of Finance.
