The Youth in Policing Initiative (YIPI) program is an employment opportunity through the Brockville Police Service and funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. The program is designed for youth between the ages of 15-18 who reside in, and attend school within the City of Brockville. It is a paid work experience and mentorship program that offers young people an opportunity to foster positive relationships with the police and community.
