Assault with a Weapon
On the 15th of September, 2018 at approximately 2:00a.m. the Brockville Police Service responded to a complaint of an assault in which took place at an establishment in the downtown area of Brockville. The investigation revealed that the two females were involved in an altercation. The accused female is local and 23 years of age. It is alleged she struck another local, 28 year old female with a beverage pitcher causing injury. These injuries were not life threatening however, required medical attention from the Brockville General Hospital. The 23 year old female believed to be responsible for this was arrested, charged and released with a future court date.
