Making a Complaint
Any member of the public may make a complaint about the conduct of a specific officer(s) or about the policies or services of the Brockville Police Service.
The Office of the Independent Police Review Director is an arms-length agency of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, staffed entirely by civilians. The OIPRD is separate from the government, police and the community, meaning that their decisions are independent.
