Arrest for Communication Breach of Undertaking
On the 15th of January, 2017 at approximately 11 a.m., the Brockville Police Service received a complaint in reference to a breach of an Officer In Charge Undertaking. A 24 year old, local male, was investigated for breaching his non communication condition. The male attempted to communicate with a female via social media, who he was to abstain communication with. The male was subsequently arrested, charged and given a future court date.
