Warrant
On November 4th, 2016 at approximately 8:00 pm, a 34 year old female was arrested by police on her outstanding warrants. She was located in a store in the centre of the city. She was held in custody to appear in court at a later date.
Impaired by Drug
On November 5, 2016 at 2:00 am, a 39 year old female was observed asleep behind the wheel of a motor vehicle in the city’s south end. The vehicle was stopped at an intersection with the female asleep with her head on the steering wheel. Officers determined that the driver was under the influence of drugs and was arrested for the offence of driving while impaired by drug. She was released with a future court date.
Mental Health Act
Officers where kept busy on the weekend with several apprehensions under the mental health act.
