Fail to Comply with Probation
On November 1, 2021, a 30-year-old man had attended a residence in contravention of his court ordered probation. Police arrested the man, without incident, for failing to comply with the condition of his probation order. The man was released on an appearance notice with a future court date.
Warrants
On November 1, 2021, members of the Brockville Police Service attended to a south end residence for an unrelated matter. During the investigation, it was discovered that one of the parties had an outstanding warrant for their arrest held by the Kingston Police. The 20 year old man was consequently arrested on the authority of the warrant. Members of the Kingston Police Service subsequently attended and returned the man to Kingston in order that he address the outstanding matter.
