Warrants and Bail Violations

Multiple individuals were arrested in relations to failing to comply with conditions. On May 3, 2022 at about 8:00PM, officers from the Brockville Police Service in partnership with officers from the OPP, located a 33-year-old male on James St. W., who had a parole warrant out for his arrest. While arresting that male, another 25-year-old female was located who was in breach of her undertaking conditions. She was communicating with a male who she was to abstain from communicating with. Both were arrested. The 33-year-old male was taken directly to the Brockville Jail and the 25-year-old female was charged with fail to comply with undertaking and held for a bail hearing.

 

Warrant

On May 4, 2022 at about 3:30AM, the Brockville Police Service received a noise complaint of loud music being played in the area of Buell St. and King St. W. Officers arrived and identified a 37-year-old male, who had a warrant out for his arrest regarding a charge of fail to comply with probation. He was arrested and released with a future court date.

 

Bail Violation

A male has been arrested after violating bail conditions. On May 6, 2022 at about 12:30AM, officers from the Brockville Police Service located a 36-year-old male in the area of Pearl St. W. It was found that the male was on a release order with bail conditions including house arrest. It was also learned that he was on two different probation orders with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was arrested and charged with fail to comply with release order and two counts of fail to comply with probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
