At 7:32 pm on January 16, 2014 Brockville Police responded to a complaint of an out of control male subject on King Street East near Bethune Street. It was reported that the subject was yelling and stumbling around. He was punching and kicking windows, throwing business signs, one of which was damaged. Shortly thereafter the police located the subject on King Street West. He was still in an agitated state and was arrested after a brief struggle. The subject was intoxicated and was found to be in possession of a small amount of drugs. Investigation revealed that the suspect was on bail conditions in relation to a previous drug related charge. The 26 year old Brockville suspect was held in custody until sober. He has been charged with causing a disturbance, mischief and breach of bail conditions.
