Fail to Appear
A 23 year old local male who failed to attend for his fingerprints from a prior charge was arrested at court on the 19th of January on an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a future court date.
Traffic and Weapons Offences
A 41 year old male who’s drivers licence was suspended due to a criminal suspension was stopped operating a motor vehicle that he had borrowed from a friend on January 19th. He was arrested for this crime and in the process of being searched was in possession of what is defined as “brass knuckles” which is also a criminal charge. He was released with the future court for disqualified driving and weapons charges. The car was impounded for 45 days as required by law.
