Disturbance

On November 20th, Brockville Police attended a north end apartment complex to investigate a disturbance.

While dealing with the parties involved, Police discovered a male party in possession of two different types of drugs and a quantity of cash. A local, 20 year old male was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug for the Purposes of Trafficking, Proceeds of Crime and Breach of Probation. He was released with a future court date.

Missing Person

On November 5th, Brockville Police attended a residence on King St. W. trying to locate a missing teenage female.

The young girl was located and was in the company of another female teen. The other 15 year old, local female was on release and probation conditions, several of which she was in breach of. She was arrested for these breaches, held in custody and will appear later today for a bail hearing.

Suspicious Person

On November 7th, Brockville Police responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle and driver.

A young female (15 years old) was spoken to by the driver of a black pick up truck while walking near the intersection of James and Park St. She was asked if she needed a ride somewhere.

The male driver was described as being in his 50

Public Intoxication

On November 8th, Brockville Police responded to a south end intersection in regards to a group calling attention to themselves.

As a result, a 21 year old , local male was arrested for Public Intoxication. He was released later in the day when sober with a fine.

Impaired Driving

On November 8th Brockville Police responded to the King St. W. area in regards to an erratic driving complaint.

A 60 year old male from Elizabethtown was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle Over .08%. He was released when sober and given a future court date. His vehicle was impounded and his licence suspended.

On November 9th, Brockville Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Church and Perth St.

A 30 year old, local male was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle Over .08%. He was released when sober and given a future court date. His vehicle was impounded as well and his licence suspended.

Halloween 2014

Nice quiet evening for Halloween. No issues relating to trick or treaters of any major consequence.
Although local bars were filled with party goers, streets cleared afterwards with very minor issues.

Shoplifting

On October 31st, Brockville Police responded to the LCBO on King St. W. in regards to a possible theft of liquor.

The 32 year old, male suspect was on release conditions from previous charges and was not to attend the store. The local male was arrested and charged with Breaching his Undertaking X 2. He was released with a future court date.

Liquor Offence

On October 31st, Brockville Police responded to the Pearl St. area in response to an intoxicated male.

The subject was bothering children for candy as they passed by. A 24 year old, local male was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication. He was released with a fine when sober.
