If you are interested in a career in law enforcement and want to gain a greater understanding of the duties of a police officer, then the High School Police Academy is a perfect day for you! Students will have an opportunity to learn more on Use of Force, Forensic Identification, Emergency Response Team, Dispatch, and Court Security and try the physical fitness test required to become an officer! May 20, 2016 from 8:30am-2:30pm at the Brockville St. Lawrence College Campus. Students should bring clothing that is appropriate for the physical fitness testing. Students are required to bring their own lunch or they are able to purchase a lunch from the cafeteria. Students will not be allowed to leave during the lunch break as presentations will be given at that time. Attendance will be taken and it is mandatory that students attend for the full day to participate. Submission of names must be provided by May 16, 2016 to Cst.
