On May 15, 2016 a male suspect gained entry to the Freshii restaurant located at 2539 Parkedale Ave. The suspect entered through the rear door at 04:04 hours. He proceed into the front area where he opened the cash and removed a quantity of money. In doing so he damaged the cash register pulling the wires from the unit. The suspect left the store at 04:09. The same suspect re-attends at 05:01 attempts to pry a safe from the floor but is unsuccessful. The suspect then leaves at 05:14 hours.
