Sears Theft Update

We would like to thank the media and the community for tips in solving the theft from Sears.  Two females, from the Kingston area, turned themselves in to Brockville Police last evening around 9:00 pm.  The 19 and 17 year olds, admitted to the theft after mounting social pressure.  They were charged with the theft and released with a future court date.

 

 

Shoplifting

On June 29th at 7:07 pm, Brockville Police attended a north end box store for a theft complaint.

A local pair made up of a 17 year old female and an 18 year old male, attempted to leave the store without paying for items.  Police charged both parties with theft and they were released at the scene with future court dates.

 

Disturbance In the Park

On June 29th at 8:19 pm, Brockville Police attended a north end park to deal with an intoxicated male.

The local 29 year old, who is well known to Officers, was causing a disturbance and would not settle down.  Officers arrested the man as he was breaching release conditions as a result of outstanding charges.  He was held in custody and will appear in bail court.

 

Forgot Court Date?

On June 30th at 3:38 am., Brockville Police attended a noise complaint at a south end apartment building.

While speaking to parties at the apartment in question, Officers located a local 19 year old man wanted for failing to attend court in October of 2015.  He was arrested on the warrant and held in custody for bail court.
