Domestic Dispute

At approximately 10:30 a.m. yesterday officers from the Brockville Police Service responded to a domestic disturbance where witnesses reported hearing yelling an arguing going on and someone asking for assistance.

When officers arrived the situation had calmed and all persons in the residence were spoken to. It was learned however a 25 year old Brockville area man who was at the residence was released in January after a previous domestic disturbance with a bail condition that he not be at the residence.

As a result, he was arrested and taken to Brockville court for a bail hearing yesterday afternoon and facing additional charges for breaching his undertaking.
