Assault

On January 16, 2014 at 10:00 am Brockville Police received a disturbance complaint at a downtown residence. The male suspect had left the scene prior to police arrival. It was determined that just prior to the complaint there had been a couple arguing inside the residence. The argument escalated to the point of a female subject being slapped. The 33 year old male suspect from Brockville was later arrested and charged with assault. He has been released from custody with a future court date.
