Over the last week from August 12 – August 18, the Brockville Police Service received 315 calls for service. While responding to those calls, there were a total of 17 arrests and two mental health apprehensions. As a result of investigations there were 39 Criminal Charges laid. Officers continue to monitor traffic within the City and as a result, 15 traffic related charges were issued. Some of these statistics do not reflect everything an officer accomplishes in shift. It is simply a quick look at what the Brockville Police Service is doing to ensure safety and security.
