Indecent Act

On January 13, 2014 at 7:35 pm Brockville Police attended the Sears store on Parkedale Avenue to investigate a complaint of a suspicious person. The male subject had followed two females throughout the store to the women

Motor Vehicle Collisions

Brockville Police did investigate 5 motor vehicle collisions over the past weekend. All the collisions were minor in nature with no personal injuries.


As the result of a complaint Brockville Police attended the area of King Street West and John Street at 3:17 am on Sunday January 12, 2014. A couple was on the street having a loud verbal argument. A female subject was found to be extremely intoxicated, uncooperative with police and continued the disturbance by yelling and screaming. The 24 year old Brockville lady was arrested to prevent and further breach of the peace. She was held in custody until sober.

Breach of Undertaking

On Saturday January 11, 2014 at 2:30 am Brockville Police stopped a male pedestrian on Stewart Boulevard near highway 401. Police determined that the subject had been drinking alcohol and further investigation revealed that he was on bail conditions. One of the conditions was not to consume alcohol. The 20 year old Brockville male was subsequently arrested and charged for breaching his bail conditions. He was released with a future court date.


On January 9, 2014 at approximately 11:30 am Brockville Giant Tiger staff observed a male suspect in the store. The suspect selected several items, concealed them in a bag and left the store without paying. The suspect was apprehended by store staff and Brockville Police notified. The value of the stolen property is $41.00. A 30 year old male suspect from Brockville has been charged with theft under $5000.00.


On January 10, 2014 at 2:27 am Brockville Police attended to a complaint of a disturbance on the front yard of a Perth Street duplex. On police arrival the male combatants had left the scene however a female suspect continued to be disruptive. She was arrested after struggling with and pushing police. A 47 year old female from Kingston has been charged with assault police.


On January 8, 2014 at 11:33 am a loss prevention officer observed a male suspect in the electronics department of the Brockville Walmart. The suspect selected merchandise, concealed it in his clothing and left the store without paying. The loss prevention officer apprehended the suspect in the store lot however the suspect broke free and fled the scene. Minutes later the suspect was located and arrested on Parkedale Avenue by the Brockville Police.

It was later learned that the suspect was on 3 probation orders. A 22 year old male from the Prescott area has been charged with theft and 3 counts of breach of probation. He was released from custody to appear in court at a later date. The merchandise was valued at $119.66.

Bail Violation

On January 7, 2014 Brockville Police investigated a complaint of bail violations. A 39 year old female has been arrested and charged with breaching the condition of her recognizance.
