On October 4th, Brockville Police responded to a domestic dispute at a south end city residence.
A 52 year old local male was arrested to prevent a further breach of the peace.
He was released later with no charges.

On October 4th, Brockville Police performed a traffic stop on a north end street.
The 43 year old driver from the Athens area was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Driving Over .08%
He was also on a Conditional Sentence Order and was held in custody as a result.
On October 5th, Brockville Police responded to house party at a north end apartment complex that got out of control.
Two males and a female from the Athens area were arrested for Causing a Disturbance by Shouting.
The males, 47 and 41 years, and the 23 year old female were released later with a future court date.
The 41 year old male was also charged with Resisting Arrest.
On October 5th, Brockville Police responded to a south end residence for a family dispute.
A 15 year old local female was arrested and charged with Mischief in relation to damaging a door within the residence.
She was also charged with Breaching her Probation and Breaching conditions of a Undertaking from previous unrelated charges.
She was released later with a future court date.
On October 5th, Brockville Police responded to a disturbance at a south end apartment building.
A 23 year old local male was arrested for assaulting another male.
He was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Resist Arrest as well as Breaching his Probation.
The victim received non-life threatening injuries.
The accused was held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing on October 6th.

On September 28th, Brockville Police responded to the Gas Bar at the Real Canadian Superstore in regards to 2 customers driving motorcycles refusing to pay for gas. On arrival it was discovered one of the drivers had been drinking and registered
On September 28th, Brockville Police received a complaint of election signs being stolen and uprooted in the north end of the city despite warnings.
The Brockville Police have completed their investigation into the report of a Break, Enter and Theft at the former Trinity Church. The person responsible for removing the bells as well as other articles has been identified as a former employee who felt he was carrying out authorized demolition and recycling work at the church. Unless new information comes forward, no charges will be laid in relation to this incident.
Brockville Police are looking for a 21 year old male for domestic assault, threats, mischief and breach of probation in relation to a domestic disturbance on First Ave. The 25 year old female suffered minor injuries but did not require medical treatment.
