Breach of Probation

On the 30th of August, 2014 Brockville Police investigated a 19 year old male in the area of King Street and Market Street at approximately 2:22 a.m. The male subject was found to be in breach of a court ordered curfew and was arrested for breaching the condition of his release. The male was released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Disturb the Peace

On the 30th of August, 2014 at approximately 04:48 a.m. Brockville Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the area of 15 Victoria Avenue, Brockville.

Police learned that two unidentified male subjects attended the residence brandishing golf clubs, damaging the windows. The males left the area prior to police arrival. Police are currently seeking the assistance of the public in an attempt to identify the culprits.

Breach of Probation

On the 29th of August, 2014 Brockville Police investigated a 21 year old male subject in the area of Home and King Street at approximately 11:00 pm. The male was found to be in breach of a court ordered curfew and was consequently arrested for breaching release conditions and held in custody to appear for a bail hearing to be scheduled at a later date.

Unwanted Person

On the 29th of August, 2014 Brockville Police responded to a complaint of an unwanted person at an address in the south end of the city. As a result, police located and arrested a 54 year old male for breaching conditions of his probation. The male was released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Domestic Dispute

On August 28th, Brockville Police responded to residence in center area of town in regards to a domestic dispute.

The male resident was extremely upset and police did not feel situation would settle down if they left. The 47 year old local male was arrested to prevent a further breach of the peace. He was released later unconditionally.

Assault Complaint

On August 28th, Brockville Police responded to an apartment complex in the center area of the city in regards to an assault complaint.

A female party was reporting her sister

Impaired Driving

On August 26th, Police responded to south end street in city to check on wellbeing of a female after receiving a call from someone concerned about her.

She was actually located in Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol. She was arrested and providing breath samples at the station which were over the legal limit. The local, 23 year old female was released when sober with a future court date.

Neighbour Dispute

On August 26th, Police responded to south end address in regards to a neighbour dispute.
A 46 year old, local male was arrested to prevent a further breach of the peace. The subject, who was under the influence at the time, was released unconditionally when sober.

Theft

Brockville police received a theft complaint from the Ripnet demolition site.

An undetermined amount of copper wire has been removed from the location.Police are looking into the theft but are also concerned about people entering onto the site of the demolition as it is unsafe. If you see anyone on the demolition site please contact police.
