Charges Laid in Drug Trafficking Investigation
Links to Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs
(BROCKVILLE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police-led Biker Enforcement Unit (BEU) and Brockville Police Service executed search warrants on two residences in Brockville on June 12, 2019. As a result, two individuals were arrested without incident. Six other individuals were also charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
A number of evidentiary items were seized as a result of the searches including suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, hydromorphone, morphine, Canadian currency, hydraulic cocaine press, Red Devils MC clothing, Hells Angels MC support clothing and a prohibited weapon.
Justin ROGERS, 36-years-old from Brockville, has been charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Cocaine;
- Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Morphine;
- Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon or Prohibited Device CC 92(2);
- and Firearm or Weapon: Possession Contrary to Prohibition Order CC 117.01(1)
Steven OSBORNE, 51-years-old also from Brockville, has been charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Cocaine;
- Possession for the Purpose CDSA 5(2) Morphine;
- Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon or Prohibited Device CC 92(2);
- and Firearm or Weapon: Possession Contrary to Prohibition Order CC 117.01(1).
