Warrants:
On December 29th, 2019 at 7:36 p.m. officers located a 37 year old male that was wanted by our service for failing to attend court. He was arrested without incident. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a small amount of what officers believed to be methamphetamine. He was charged for being in possession of a controlled substance and failing to attend court.
Impaired:
On the 27th of December 2019 at 8:48 p.m. the Brockville Police Service received a complaint of a possible impaired driver in the downtown core. The vehicle was located by officers on Wall St. The 53 year old male driver was arrested for impaired driving and later provided samples of his breath that were twice the legal limit. The male was charged with impaired operation of a conveyance and drive with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol.
