Stolen Bank Card
A 30 year old Brockville woman contacted Brockville Police yesterday afternoon after she learned her bank card had been stolen from her purse and used at the Bank of Montreal in Brockville.
Brockville Police were contacted yesterday by the victim at about 2:15 p.m. when she noticed her bank card had been missing and learned there had been 10 unauthorized withdrawals from her account totalling over $2000.
Investigators are working with the bank to recover security footage of the transactions and to identify those responsible. Anyone who may have information is asked to contact the investigating officer Constable Eric Ruigrok at 613-342-0127 ext. 6086 or eruigrok@jgr8poxkdf.wpdns.site.
