On December 9th at 1:14 pm., Brockville Police responded to a call of an abandoned vehicle at a business on Central Ave. West.
A local, 45 year old male, was eventually located by Police as the driver of the vehicle. While west bound on Central Avenue, the male lost control and struck an utility pole.
Bell had to do some repairs to the pole and the male was charged with driving without a licence.
On December 9th at 7:20 pm., Brockville Police responded to a home invasion at a south end apartment complex.
A local, 44 year old male, became involved in a struggle with another male, who had entered his apartment while he was in his bathroom. The victim was struck with appears to be a knife in the head and face. He was treated for non-life threatening injuries at hospital and released. The investigation is continuing in regards to a suspect.
