On February 13th, Brockville Police responded to a disturbance at a south end apartment building.
A 33 year old male, who resided in the complex, was heavily intoxicated and contacted Police for an unknown problem. It was discovered that he was the actual problem and was arrested to prevent a further breach of the peace. He was released unconditionally when sober.
