Fraud
A 32 year old Gatineau man was arrested yesterday after at the Brockville Wal-Mart attempting to make some false returns. Alert staff and security at the Brockville store noticed the returned items were not from their store and contacted police. The man has been charged with 2 counts of Fraud under $5000 and has been released with a March court date.
Warrant
Early this morning members of the Brockville Police Services Emergency Response Team working with investigators from Brockville Police Drug Unit and Leeds County OPP executed a search warrant at a Cartier Court apartment. This investigation is still ongoing at this time.
