Motor vehicle vs. house

The driver of a motor vehicle was attempting to reverse onto their driveway. The driver lost control and crashed into their garage. There were not any injuries as a result of the collision, but the house suffered some structural damage. Our service is not releasing the address of the collision.

Intoxicated Male

The chief of police assisted with an arrest of an intoxicated male last night on Daniel St. The homeowner had called as a 27 year old male was on their property in an intoxicated state yelling and swearing. The chief was passing by when the call was dispatched and observed the male. When other officers attended the male was arrested and charged with causing a disturbance by being drunk.

Road Rage

The Brockville Police are investigating a “road rage” incident on King St. at Victoria Ave. A male in a small red pick-up truck followed the complainant on King St. honking his horn, passes her on Victoria Ave. and stops in front of her on the hill before Pine St. The male exited his truck and began to pound on her window yelling obscenities. The complainant began honking her horn to draw attention to her situation. The male then fled the area. Only a partial plate of 625 was obtained. It should be noted that there was a bungee cord tied around the tail gate.

The male is described as 50-55 years old, heavy set, grey hair and clean shaven.

We are asking that anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the Brockville Police at 613-342-0127.
