Breach of Bail Conditions
On the 4th of February, 2017 Brockville Police officers were flagged down by a community member advising of an individual’s strange behaviour in the North end of town. Police officers knew this 44 year old male to be on an alcohol condition and observed him to be carrying beer. He became combative and resistant to officers attempting to effect the arrest. Attempts were made to take control of the individual the male continued to become increasingly agitated. He was tasered effectively and brought into custody. He was charged with obstruct and breach and released with a new court date. The male suffered no injuries.
