Mischief:
On the 16th of June 2019 at 2:29 a.m. police were called by a witness who observed what they believed to be an intoxicated male exit a downtown establishment and enter the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Fearing that the 19 year old male may drive away the witness called police. Officers located the male in a running vehicle. He was arrested for care and control of that vehicle while being impaired. He provided two breath samples of nearly double the legal limit.
Theft:
The Brockville Police Service is investigating the theft of 7 vehicles from 1000 Islands Toyota on Stewart Blvd. The vehicles were taken sometime overnight from the 14th of June to the 15th.
