Officers stopped the vehicle and located the male hiding in the trunk. The male was taken into custody after a struggle. He is charged with 1) 2 counts of fail to comply with a release order 2) breach of probation and 3) Obstruct police. He was held in custody for a bail hearing. The female was charged with obstructing police and released at the scene.
