Bail violations:
On the 19th of March 2021 a 66 year old male was arrested and charged for breaching a release order. The male was out on conditions not to attend a residence in the downtown area, but was observed at the residence by a neighbour on the 17th of March. Police were called and their investigation led them to charge the accused with a breach of a release order. He was located on the 19th at arrested shortly after 1:00 PM. He was held in custody after a bail hearing.
Bail violations:
On March 21st at 2:20 AM an officer on routine patrol located a 21 year old male on Perth Street. The male was breaching a release order by being out past his curfew. He was arrested, charged and released with a new court date.
