Fire

At 11:50 PM on March 24th the Brockville Police and Brockville Fire Department (BFD) responded to a structure fire on Buell Street.  The fire was bought under control by BFD and is being investigated by the Fire Marshall’s Office.  The fire was contained to 70 and 72 Buell, but 68 and 74 were damaged as a result.  Several units in the area were evacuated in the event the fire would spread.  The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. 

Road closures are still in place on Buell Street between James Street and Pearl Street.

Fire

On March 24th at 6:24 PM officers along with the Brockville Fire Department responded to a call for a fire at the Comfort in on Kent Boulevard.  The fire was contained to the Boiler room and is not considered suspicious.
