Medical Assistance

On Sunday March 26th at approximately 0600hrs members of the Brockville Police Service were called to the area of Perth St., and Brock St. in the City’s South-end to assist paramedics who were responding to an unconscious male.  The male was medically treated and later transported to hospital.  Officers secured the area pending further information and investigation.  The investigation is ongoing and anyone who has any information is asked to contact Acting D/Sgt. Distraction Theft 

On March 29th, 2023 an LCBO customer shopping at the Parkedale Ave location fell victim to a distraction theft.  Shortly before 3pm, the victim proceeded to the check-out to pay for her purchases.  During this transaction the victim’s PIN number was unknowingly viewed by a male suspect. The victim then left the store, returning to her vehicle while then being distracted by a female suspect who spoke to her about damage to her vehicle.  During this brief conversation the victim’s debit card was stolen from her purse.  Further purchases were then made by the suspects using the stolen debit card.  Brockville Police are asking that members of the public protect their valuables, remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately to police.  The investigation is ongoing.

 

Stolen Vehicle

Members of the Brockville Police Service are investigating the report of stolen vehicle.  During the early morning hours on March 28th, 2023 a 2016 White GMC Sierrra pick-up truck was stolen from the driveway of North-end residence. 

 

Suspicious Fires

On two separate occasions, overnight on the 28th of March 2023 small fires were deliberately set to garbage located in two different areas within the South-end of the City.  No extensive damage or injuries have been reported. The fires were set between 2am and 4am and police are asking that anyone who may have information contact Cst. Mike Serson at 1-613-342-0127 ext:  6109.
