Arrest Warrant
On November 11, 2017, the Brockville Police Service executed a warrant to enter a residence in the South of the city to arrest a local, 29 year old male, on a previous arrest warrant and new allegations of domestic violence. Officers attended to the residence, made entry and arrested the male without incident. He was taken into custody and held for a bail hearing for the offences of three counts of assault (two domestic related), two counts of utter threats (one domestic related), mischief under $5,000.00 and two counts of breach probation.
Downtown Disturbance
On November 12, 2017 at approximately 3a.m., the Brockville Police Service received a call to attend to a business in the South of the city in regards to a disturbance involving two females. Officers attended and a local, 26 year old female was identified to be the cause of the disturbance due to intoxication levels. As officers began initiating the an arrest for public intoxication, the female began resisting. Control was gained and she was taken into custody to be held until sober. She was later released with a future court date for causing a disturbance by being drunk and resisting arrest.
