On November 5th at 11 am members of the Brockville Police and Staff and Volunteers from Interval House raised the flag on the Shine the Light Campaign. The month of November is awareness month for violence against women and children. Our hope is to turn the City Purple with lights and decorations as purple is the colour of this campaign. This also kicks off Crime Prevention Week and we are happy to share this moment with Interval House. The flag will fly for the month of November and together we can all make a difference. Let’s do our part to put an end to domestic violence!
