On October 16th, Brockville Police responded to a disturbance in front of the Georgian Dragon on King St. W.
Officers broke up the starting of a fight and found one of the male combatants to be on release conditions stemming from charges out of Toronto.
The 30 year old, Vancouver resident was charged with breaching his conditions by consuming alcohol.
He was released later with a future court date.
