In the early morning hours of August 1st, Police responded to a possible domestic taking place in a vehicle stopped in the middle of the street on a north end street.
While investigating the argument, the driver of the car is found to be under the influence of alcohol.
A 30 yr. old, local male was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired and Operating a Motor Vehicle over .08%
He was released when sober and given a future court date.
