Bail Violations/resist arrest:
On the 6th of January 2019 shortly after 8:00 p.m. two off duty officers observed a 41 year old male at the LCBO on Parkedale Ave. The male was wanted for various charges of uttering threats from an occurrence earlier in the day. The two off duty officers contacted the station and waited for a uniform officer to arrive. Once the uniform officer arrived at the scene they attempted to arrest the male. The male resisted the arrested leading to a wrestling match in the store. The male was eventually controlled and placed in handcuffs. He has been charged with resisting arrest, breach of a recognizance, breach of probation and uttering threats. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
