Unwanted Intoxicated Male
A 42 year old Brockville man was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication after police received a call yesterday afternoon at a downtown business of a customer refusing to leave.
Shortly after 2:00 pm yesterday the business owner contacted police to report a male inside their store well under the influence of alcohol and refusing to leave the store. When officers arrived to assist, they found the intoxicated male still inside the store, refusing to leave and being uncooperative with police and refusing to provide his name.
As a result he was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication, and conveyed to the Brockville Police Service where he was held until he was sober and released with a Provincial Offences Notice.
