Breach of Conditions

On August 17th at approximately 12:10 am, Brockville Police attended a noise complaint at a south end residence.

While dealing with parties at the house, a local, 21 year old male was spoken to by Police. He was on release conditions for outstanding charges and had a condition that involved no consumption of alcohol. Police noted the male had been consuming alcohol and he was charged with breaching his undertaking. He was released at the scene with a future court date.

On August 17th at approximately 2:50 am, Brockville Police were in the area of King Street West, looking into an unrelated matter and ended up dealing with a 20 year old from the Ottawa area.

Turns out, there was a warrant in effect for his arrest out of the Ottawa area. It appears the male breached conditions of his probation order. He was arrested on the strength of the warrant and was picked up by their Service.
