Chief Fraser serves as a significant leader in our community and inspires those around him with his energy and positive attitude. He is highly respected within the community for his dedication and professionalism in leading a progressive police service in the City of Brockville. Chief Fraser is compassionate and exudes confidence and leadership to the numerous community committees and organizations he participates with.
