On February 13th, Brockville Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment building in the south end of the city.
There was a disagreement between two males who were hired to complete renovations to an apartment. One of the males threatened the other and left the area. He returned shortly afterwards and damaged a door trying to get back in. Police have charged a 50 year old, local male, with utter threats and mischief. There was no contact between himself and the 19 year old male victim. He was released with conditions and given a future court date.
